Sailung is a holy hill steeped in folklore and myth in the Himalayan Foothills which run along the Sun Khosi river in central Nepal. Our treks explore the holy sites and villages around this hill and we learn about the Tamang who enjoy a rich culture and have their own language (Tamang Radio)and a religion which combines shamanism and buddhism.

Trisuli to Ghorka trek has a mix of people not just Tamang.
